These stick very well. Make sure to clean the area with alcohol prior to placing. I sweat profusely and these hold up well. I’ve already purchased more for my Hydradenitis under my arms

I have Bandaid brand 3x4 bandaids, and they’re bigger than these. These patches are maybe 3 3/4x 3 1/2 When compared with my others. I can’t tell you about how they adhere to your skin. As I didn’t use one. They would probably be good for a small wound. The gause pad is really small.
