Buying
Can I order Teling sets directly from you?
No. All 342 of our products are sold through our store at our retail partner. Each buy button opens the set you picked there, and our partner handles the order, payment and delivery.
Why does the price at checkout differ from the price here?
Our prices come from the last update, and checkout prices move during the day, so a $9.99 set here can cost more or less at checkout. The checkout price is the one you pay.
How do returns work?
Returns follow the return policy of your order with our retail partner, whether you bought 1 set or 10. Start a return from your order page there. We cannot open one for you.
Sets and sizes
How do I find a set by size?
Type the size into search: 8.5 x 11, 2x2 or 2.4 x 3.5 all work. Search reads the sizes and counts of all 342 items.
Do Teling sets come in smaller packs?
Many do. Our clear front report covers, for example, come in boxes of 24, 48, 72, 100 and 150, and the price per piece drops as the box grows. Pick the pack size in the options of each set.
Can Teling print my logo or name on a set?
Our sets come printed as shown. Some include blank spaces you can write on: the Clear Book Pouches with Handles have a name tag window on every pouch, in packs of 6 to 36, and the Desk Name Plates for Kids come 72 to a pack.
